KMD Brands is a Fair Labor Association (FLA) accredited member. Together with the FLA, we have investigated these allegations and confirmed that the Oboz facility is not linked to the Pou Chen Group retrenchment program. Pou Chen Group collaborated with the FLA on their investigation into the wider retrenchment program, which was found to include mutual agreement between the trade union and concerned factories, and above legally required rates of severance pay.
