New analysis, released in November 2022 and conducted by the Ukrainian military intelligence and Independent Anti-Corruption Commission (NAKO), found that the majority of components (approximately three-quarters) in Iranian drones used by Russian military forces in attacks on Ukraine are manufactured by companies from U.S., Europe, and Japan.

Business and Human Rights Resource Centre reached out to several companies named in the analysis and whose components were found in the drones for comments. Infineon provided a response, which you can find below; Microchip Technology and Tonegawa-Seiko Co. did not respond.
