Spring Air Ace is a factory that was used through a particular suppler that is no longer active for Matalan. This supplier ceased supplying to Matalan back in 2021. At this point, the factory would also no longer be active on our system due to association with only that particular suppler. Therefore, this was before the time of the alleged incident and totally out of our control at the time of the event.
