"At this factory, we do not have casual leave, work leave, or medical certificate, as stipulated in the 1951 Leave and Work Leave Act. The worker said that if he misses a day of leave for any reason because he is not entitled to casual leave, 6,000 kyats of holiday pay and 15,000 kyats of daily allowance will be cut, resulting in a total cut of 21,000 kyats.
