Myanmar: Workers at alleged DeFacto supplier report several rights violations; incl. co. response

In October 2023, it was reported that workers at the Alland Fashion factory faced a series of violations, including denial of leave (including for medical reasons), wage cuts and low pay, excessive production targets, verbal abuse, mandatory overtime if workers do not meet their targets, delay of payment if a worker resigns, and child labour.

In January 2024, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited DeFacto to respond. It did not.
