...Textile Palace garment factory from Mhawbi township, producing for H&M is forcing workers to [complete] higher target[s] which [are] not possible to meet and forced overtime. Leave...[is] not allowed and some workers were dismissed [for] taking leave...Workers have to sign a warning letter if they do not meet the target.

Workers are asked to sign on the warning letter if they are taking leave...

The factory can dismiss workers after...the warning letter [is signed twice]...
