We invited Transportes Ruza SA de CV to respond to accusations of failing to respond to complaints of mechanical issues in the vehicle transporting BerryMex's farm workers prior to the road accident in Jalisco, in which 13 farm workers died and 19 were injured. It also failed to provide information on compensation for minors who have lost their parents as a result of the accident. However, the company did not answer.
