In June 2023, it was reported that workers at Universal Apparel were not being paid overtime pay in full for a year, and were calling for their backpay to be paid.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited El Cortes Ingles, MANGO and Moores to respond. El Cortes Ingles responded. MANGO and Moores did not. The response can be found below.
