Myanmar: Garment workers experiencing health issues due to mandatory overtime; incl. co. response

In June 2024, it was reported that workers at Hengda (Myanmar) Apparel are facing a series of violations, including mandatory overtime everyday without days off and on public holidays, causing health issues and also security concerns when returning home late from work e.g. fear of arrest.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited H&M to respond. The response can be found below.
