Myanmar: Garment workers reportedly face wage cuts if they take leave & denied social security benefits; Incl. co. response

In May 2023, it was reported that workers at the factory faced wage cuts if they take leave, including sick leave, and were not provided with social security cards despite paying for it through their wages.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited NKD Group (for its Laura Torelli brand) and SPAO to respond. NKD Group's response can be found below.
