1. We refer to the above matter and to the Rejoinder dated 14.05.2024 (hereinafter referred to as “the Rejoinder”) wherein we act for the above-named Plaintiffs, i.e. Beaks Construction Sdn. Bhd. and Suria Harmoni Resources Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “our clients”).
2. First and foremost, we have been instructed to deny the contents of the Rejoinder in toto and state that the allegations and/or accusations therein are unwarranted, unjustifiable and/or misconceived.
3. With due respect, we refer to first paragraph until the sixth paragraph of the Rejoinder and proclaim that
   1. Despite that the High Court has dismissed our clients’ application to maintain the ex-parte interim injunction, the Court did not in any event dismiss our clients’ claims against the Defendants and/or decide that our clients’ claim is of the Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participate per se.
   2. In the present case, the parties have indeed raised various issues and/or claims against each other whereby the said issues and/or claims have yet to be decided by the Honourable Court.
   3. Thereby, we verily believe that the issues and/or claims of the parties ought to be heard by the Honourable Court whereby fair, just as well as proper decision shall be delivered inevitably
