In September 2018, a coalition of over 70 civil society organisations, companies and trade unions, coordinated by Finnwatch, launched the campaign #Ykkösketjuun calling for mandatory human rights due diligence legislation in Finland. The campaign now counts over 140 companies and organisations.

More information is available below, as well as on the campaign's website here.

In June 2019, the new Government in its programme committed to mandatory HRDD legislation at national and EU level. More information is available here.
