Company owner charged with fraud during highway construction in Armenia wins public tender for road construction supervision in North Macedonia, incl. responses and non-responses
Law was adopted that will allow for the road construction to proceed without the announcement of a tender. Also the works will be supervised by a company, whose owner has been accused of fraud in another country.
