Indian pharm co. exports Dell Technologies' servers to Russia despite intl. restrictions, Bloomberg investigation shows; incl. co. non-response

A Bloomberg investigation analysed trade data and found that an Indian pharm company, Shreya Life Sciences, exported more than 1,000 Dell Technologies' servers to Russia in April-August of 2024.

These servers contain processors made by Nvidia Corp. and Advanced Micro Devices. The servers as well as its components are on the list of items restricted to export by the US and the EU.

Business and Human Rights Resource Centre invited Shreya Life Sciences to respond. The company did not.
