Marks & Spencer's response to allegations of abuses in Myanmar garment factories - February 2024 Update

We ceased trading in Myanmar at the beginning of 2023 and no longer have a supply chain in the country. As of April 2023, we had no ongoing or future production, and no trading relationships with any factories in Myanmar...

Therefore regarding your recent email requesting information, we must point out that we left Myanmar at the beginning of 2023 and therefore cannot comment on the allegations between August-November 2023, as we had no production in the country at that time.
