Marks & Spencer's response to allegations of abuses in Myanmar garment factories - September Update

As Ethical trading is core to the way we do business, we will not tolerate any human rights abuses within any part of our supply chain. As such., we are working closely with the Ethical Trading Initiative to review the findings and recommendations of its report to determine swift and appropriate action in Myanmar including specific factory allegations.

We will investigate further and update you as soon as possible on our next steps.
