In April 2024, it was reported that workers at Dishang Kenny were facing high temperatures in the factory with a lack of air conditioning.
In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Shimamura, KIABI, K-Way and LPP (for its RESERVED brand) to respond. Responses can be found below.
