Myanmar: Lucky Fortune factory reportedly calling army to arrest workers; incl. co. responses

In May 2024, it was reported that workers at Lucky Fortune Garment are facing a series of violations, including the factory accusing workers of theft if they want to fire them and asking the army to arrest them, and supervisors telling workers what to say during inspections or else they will be fired.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Calliope, Workman, LPP (for its Sinsay brand) and Inditex (for its Pull&Bear, Stradivarius and ZARA brands) to respond. The response can be found below.
