Myanmar: Nilar Win garment factory accused of subjecting workers to forced overtime without pay, excessive production targets & wage cuts; incl. co. response

In May 2022, it was reported that workers at Nilar Win garment factory were facing a number of violations at the factory, including wage deductions, mandatory and unpaid overtime, denial of social security benefits, and harassment from supervisors.

In June 2022, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited New Look to respond. The full response is included below.
