Myanmar: Workers at alleged H&M supplier report violations incl. mandatory overtime and dismissal of day labourers; incl. co. response

In May 2023, it was reported that workers at Jinli Wool Factory were facing a series of violations, including mandatory overtime, the hiring of day labourers who are denied leave and fired if they are not needed, workers skipping meals to work, and workers forced to do other jobs incl. cutting trees, collecting garbage, cutting grass and washing cars.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited H&M to respond. The response can be found below.
