Human Rights Risk Analyst - Due Diligence Design

Due Diligence Design is recruiting a Human Rights Risk Analyst. As an Analyst you will play a pivotal role in helping companies monitor, understand and respond to emerging human rights risks in global value chains and responsible business conduct legislation.

At the heart of your role, you will be contributing research to Due Diligence Design’s Global Risk Assessment Database, a high-quality risk database covering nine sectoral human rights and labour risks across 30+ countries in the garment and footwear sector value chain. Through meticulous desktop research, media scanning, and direct engagement with trade unions and civil society, you will be responsible for analysing, documenting and scoring human rights risks, that enables our clients to meet requirements under the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive. You will also deliver our weekly client alerts, tracking emerging risks, legislation, and responsible business conduct (RBC) issues, and contribute to briefings that keep our clients informed and prepared.
