Myanmar: Supervisor reportedly dismissed after multiple attempts to force him to resign; Incl. co. responses

In March 2023, it was reported that a supervisor at SpringAir Ace was illegally dismissed after attempts to force him to resign four times between December 2022 and February 2023.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Matalan, Polo Club, RILEY, Tom Tailor, AEON (for its Topvalu brand) and Wolverine Worldwide (for its Hush Puppies brand) to respond. Matalan, Tom Tailor and AEON responded. Wolverine Worldwide, RILEY and Polo Club did not. The full responses can be found below.
