Civil society investigations (Amnesty International, May 2024) have found that "Raedarius M8 in Malaysia is wholly owned by German Raedarius M8 GmbH. German Raedarius M8 is wholly-owned by FinFisher Holding GmbH, which is the holding company of FinFisher GmbH and FinFisher Labs GmbH."
