17 civil society organisations file first-ever OECD complaint to Slovenian National Contact Point over fracking activities of Ascent Resources

On 12 November 2019 17 civil society organizations filed a complaint with the Slovenian and British National Contact Points (NCPs) against UK-based Ascent Resources over hydraulic fracturing (fracking) activities in Slovenia. The complaint is the first-ever case to be filed to the Slovenian NCP. More information is available below.
