The Metro Jaya Police has officially named Lokataru Director Haris Azhar and KontraS coordinator Fatia Maulidiyanti as suspects in a defamation case against Coordinating Minister of Maritime Affairs and Investments Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan.

Consistent with his previous responses to the police investigation, Azhar insisted that he will not remain idle in the process.

“I personally want to say that I will not remain quiet in this case. I will be very provocative, not just to defend my case but I will take measures to be provocative,” said the director of the human rights foundation in a virtual press conference [...].

Not only has he announced his stand in this case, Azhar plans to file a report in return against Minister Luhut Pandjaitan in what he believes is his bid to uphold justice.
