Allegations of lack of judicial integrity in Texaco/Chevron lawsuits (re Ecuador) - plaintiffs' lawyers respond

In July 2013, Professor Douglas Cassel, representing Chevron in the Texaco/Chevron lawsuits (re Ecuador), wrote a letter to the UN Working Group on business & human rights over alleged lack of integrity in the judicial proceedings for this case. Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Forum Nobis, the plaintiffs' lawyers, to respond to the allegations. Response provided.
