Our products are sold to original equipment manufacturers and distributors for a wide variety of commercial uses including, for example, street lighting, x-ray devices, industrial mining and medical instruments. In response to media reports regarding the diversion of products to Russia, we initiated and have completed a comprehensive review of our customer profiles and business to confirm we have appropriate safeguards in place to minimize the risk of diversion by unknown and unaffiliated third parties.
