Jaguar response

As a global company with a global footprint, JLR is committed to ensuring our entire supply chain upholds our corporate sustainability and social responsibility standards.

JLR continually drives for further transparency and engagement to confirm our value chain meets the highest standards and all suppliers are required to meet environmental and social requirements as part of their contract with us, supported by our JLR Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct and Corporate Policy on Human Rights.

The Codes, our Policies and contractual terms are clear on the need to protect human rights and, when we are alerted to a potential supply chain issue, we engage with our suppliers to understand the measures being put in place to meet those standards. In addition, as part of the continuous improvement in our supplier relationship standards, we review these annually and remind our suppliers of what is required of them.

At JLR we continuously strive to do business in the right way; fairly, with honesty and transparency to meet the highest ethical standards. The integrity of our actions and those of the people we do business with is vital for our continued success.
