The procedure of the Facility Specific Rapid Response Labor Mechanism (RRM) of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) aims to reinforce the compliance with labor commitments assumed in Chapter 23, such as guaranteeing workers access to genuine collective bargaining, effective union democracy, and the full exercise of freedom of association. In this regard, this mechanism has been activated to file various petitions concerning companies that allegedly deny workers the rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining. Below are the cases related to different companies:
