Mothercare response

Mothercare has for many years operated internationally purely on a franchise basis. It only sells branded products to its existing franchise partners. In 2022, its franchise partner in Russia exited the Russian market completely. Occasionally, across the business, third parties are used to clear old stock lines; however, none of these third parties are based in Russia, and the volumes are very small.
