Myanmar: Garment workers at Dishang Kenny factory report labour rights abuses incl. verbal abuse & harassment; incl. co. responses

In May 2022, it was reported that workers at Dishang Kenny factory were facing a number of violations at the factory, including verbal abuse and harassment, mandatory overtime, including on Sundays and public holidays, excessive working hours and being denied leave.

In June 2022 we invited BESTSELLER, Inditex and KIABI to respond. In September 2024, Shimamura, K-Way, and LPP (for its RESERVED brand) were invited to respond. The full responses are included below.
