Myanmar: Garment workers report cut in pay if they refuse to work overtime; incl. co. responses

In June 2023, workers at the Sen Yu factory in Myanmar reported facing multiple violations including forced and underpaid overtime, suppression of freedom of association and low pay.

In January 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited LPP to respond. The response can be found below.

In September 2024, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited New Yorker and LC Waikiki to respond. LC Waikiki responded. New Yorker did not.
