Myanmar: Garment workers report harassment if they fail to meet excessive targets; incl. co. response

In January 2024, it was reported that workers at E&P Fashion were facing a series of violations, including excessive production targets, harassment if they do not meet their targets, denial of leave if workers are ill or have urgent family matters, workers receiving their pay late, resulting in risks returning home at night and the Workers Coordination Committee being selected by the factory.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited LPP S.A (for its Sinsay and Mohito brands) and OVS SpA to respond. The response can be found below.
