Myanmar: Unionists sentenced to three years of imprisonment by the military; incl. co. response

In December 2022, it was reported that three union members in Myanmar were sentenced to three years of imprisonment by the Military Council, including a union member based at the Myanmar Guotai Huasheng Glory Fashion garment factory.

In January 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Primark to respond, and in February 2023, invited Auchan Retail to respond. The full responses can be found below.
