We are aware and deeply concerned about the protests over the non-payment of wages from the A-One BD Ltd factory in Bangladesh.

With regards to the communication we have received from BHRRC, we can confirm that New Look sourced indirectly from A-One BD Ltd. through a supplier in 2018.  Due to reasons surrounding a lack of suitable credit insurance cover, the supplier electively moved away from New Look.  The last commercial activity we had with the supplier was on 9th Oct 2018.  

We hope the workers are paid in full soon.
