Regatta's response to allegations of abuses in Myanmar garment factories - October 2024 Update

Lat War Garments

Lat War is not a supplier for Regatta.

As we work closely with SMART Myanmar, they took the time to investigate this factory allegations on our behalf in October'23. Please

see below their findings:

They sent a team of 4 staff to interview workers and managers and review many documents, policies, etc.

They found

  • No evidence Regatta ... was produced at this factory in recent months or years. Their current buyers are LPP (Sinsay brand) and mostly otherwise some Japanese brands.
  • The factory was very transparent and open
