A report on Anglo Platinum [part of Anglo American] by the Bench Marks Foundation, a civil society group, incorrectly attributed an audit of the group's health and safety performance in 1999 to an internal audit, the platinum producer said yesterday. Angloplat claimed the health and safety audit was completed by the department of minerals and energy.
