South Sudan: Global Witness report says govt's oil deal with Star Petroleum not transparent & may not benefit locals; includes company response

Global Witness report says South Sudan’s first post-independence oil deal, awarded to Spanish-owned oil company Star Petroleum, was not done transparently and could escalate conflict within the country. Star Petroleum says it is doing its business with "all business ethical standards with full transparency".
