Statement from Inditex

We have ongoing contact with the Cambodian government on the issue of the Trade Union Law. There still appears to be aspects of the law that are not aligned with ILO core labour standards, specifically conventions 87 and 98, regarding collective bargaining and freedom of association. We continue to believe that both are essential for the sustainable development of the industry and remain fully committed to supporting this as we, among other partners, have already transmitted directly to the Cambodian government.
