The Human Rights Campaign Foundation Corporate Equality Index...was devised with corporate diversity leaders, GLBT workplace advocates and employees to provide employers with a roadmap to creating fair workplaces. Each year, we have seen tremendous growth in both employer ratings and the interest of employers not yet rated... [This year] more employers than ever before participated in the CEI survey, and a total of 195 received perfect ratings — a 41 percent increase over the year before... Three employers received a 0 percent rating on the CEI: ExxonMobil, Meijer and Perot Systems. [Appenidix B ranks 519 companies on a scale from 0 to 100 percent on their treatment of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees, consumers and investors]
