The Country Programme Manager will work in close cooperation with the ACT team, ACT member brands, trade unions and suppliers to coordinate the programme development and implementation of ACT in Priority Countries (currently Bangladesh, Cambodia, Türkiye).

Particular focus will be on implementation of mutually agreed priorities, roadmaps and commitments at country level and monitoring garment and textile sector developments. The Country Programme Manager will work in a cross-cutting position and will be the focal contact for country level project implementation. To strengthen our international team we are looking for a team member who takes the lead and is open to a steep learning curve.
