The most severe violation cases include episodes of espionage and poor working conditions, including forced labor and other forms of modern slavery, which were recently  subject of complaints addressed to the Public Prosecutor Office in Brazil. The publication also points out that Vale has been investing in projects with legal disputes regarding the violation of environmental legislation, such as the fragmentation of the environmental licensing procedure regarding the widening of the Carajás Railroad...In 2012, Vale won the "Public Eye Award"…
