Company Response

Next's response re. A-One BD factory

We have reverted to our contracts system, this factory is no longer engaged in producing products for NEXT, the last order placed was completed in December 2019 ( 5 months before the closure). NEXT paid for in full for these garments at time of shipping and at this time, we understand that all  workers were paid their salaries in full .

The decline in our business to the factory was gradual over previous seasons , not sudden.

NEXT remains fully engaged within the ILO & IOE Call to Action for Bangladesh
