More than 50,000 Texas City residents sue BP [USA]

More than 50,000 Texas City residents have joined a class-action suit against BP...alleging they got sick in 2010 from a 41-day emissions release from a refinery that was the scene of a deadly explosion...BP contends air monitors near and surrounding the refinery registered no elevated readings during April and May 2010 and that no one was harmed by flaring at its Texas City refinery.
