Pro-Force response to allegations of fee-charging & debt bondage among UK migrant scheme operators

Pro-Force never charges job seekers for work-finding, or any other, services and we invest heavily in ensuring job seekers have access to information about their rights.

Job Seekers are advised through our website, our social media accounts, our recruitment events and in job adverts that we will not charge them for our services and also how to spot scams and fake advertising.

We work with a range of organisations to improve access to information for our workers and job seekers, this has included gifting a worker rights video to the GLAA which is available in 10 languages, collaborating with the International Organization for Migration to help write migrant pre-departure training for source country government organisations, we help fund the Just Good Work app which provides migrants with free, independent information and advice as sit as a Governance Committee Member of the Seasonal Worker Scheme Taskforce.

Our commitment to operating ethically is reflected in our Modern Slavery Statement and demonstrated through our Stronger Together – Business Partner Advanced and Responsible Recruitment Toolkit Business Partner Status and we have recently become the first UK company to complete the Stronger Together Responsible Recruitment Progress Assessment.
