In January 2016 Enodo Rights published its assessment of Barrick Gold’s Olgeta Meri Remedy Framework, an operational-level grievance mechanism to adjudicate claims of women survivors of alleged sexual violence committed by security personnel at Barrick’s Porgera gold mine in Papua New Guinea.

The Enodo Rights assessment was launched in early 2015 to evaluate the Framework publicly and comprehensively against the Guiding Principles. As the assessment states: "The research was funded by Barrick. But the process and report were conceived to be independent."
