Since the launch of our inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in June 2011, we have continued to work in partnership with the Indigenous communities within our operating footprint to achieve further significant outcomes. Using our RAP as a framework, we have focused our efforts on key areas we believe will continue to help close the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.
