UK: Oldham football club decides not to sign convicted rapist following withdrawal of sponsors & public backlash
The decision follows statements by Mecca, Nando’s, Zen Office and Verlin Rainwater Solutions saying they would sever their links with the club if the convicted rapist, Ched Evans, was signed.
