Plant to Cut Production of Toxic Chemical [USA]

A West Virginia chemical plant where two workers were killed in an explosion last year said...that it would substantially cut production of a toxic chemical...methyl isocyanate, or MIC...the poison released at a Union Carbide plant in Bhopal, India, in 1984, killing thousands.
