The report on the third session of the open-ended intergovernmental working group on transnational corporations and other business enterprises with respect to human rights, as adopted in a referendum on 27 October 2017 and now available as advanced edited version (see A/HRC/37/67), contains an invitation for all States and different stakeholders to submit their comments and proposals on the draft elements document no later than the end of February 2018.
